German Hefeweizen • 5.4% • Freising, Germany • Our amber wheat beer, with its fine-poured white foam, smells of cloves and impresses consumers with its refreshing banana flavor. It is full-bodied with a smooth yeast taste.

Witbier • 5.6% • Boulder, CO • Unfiltered and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curaçao orange peel producing a refreshingly zesty classic ale.

Pale Lager • 4.1% • Hawthorne, CA • Crisp, refreshing, and bright. Sonrisa is the perfect way to drain away the mundane and goes down easy!

Lager • 5.0% • Vista, CA • A Japanese Style Lager brewed with Rice & Yuzu. Notes of Mandarin Orange & Lemon with a crisp, dry finish.

Pale Lager • 5.8% • Los Angeles, CA • Ale ale with generous additions of Cascade, Hallertau Blanc and Amarillo hops. The bitterness is a classic fresh pine with bright grassy notes, white grapes and a grapefruit aroma. Pilsen, Vienna and Crystal malts give this pale ale a balanced profile, leaving plenty of room for the hops to shine

Radler • 2.0% • Salzburg, Austria • Real grapefruit juice gives this deliciously refreshing Radler (mixed beer drink) its amber natural cloudiness and pleasant tangy taste. The refreshingly fruity taste makes Stiegl-Radler Grapefruit a wonderful thirst quencher.

Winter Warmer • 6.9% • Boonville, CA • Brilliantly clear dark copper color with a dense tan head. Caramelized malty and spicy aromas redolent of cinnamon, allspice, black currant, black licorice. Pleasantly creamy, with a silky body, sweet caramel flavor, hints of seasonal spices and a clean, malty finish.

Cream Ale • 5.2% • Vista, CA • The tiny bubbles give it a milkshake impression, without the sweetness. Just like the original, it’s affectionately referred to as ‘cream soda for adults’, and for good reason.

IPA · 6.8% • Los Angeles, CA • Up to the time IPA, dry and not too bitter yet brimming with floral, citrus aroma, the nose is nose is ablend of sweet citrus mixed with some deep fruity notes. This Ale is hoppy up front, yet finishes with a nice balance between light malt sweetness and clean solid bittering.

Double IPA • 8.0% • Carlsbad, CA • Mongo is a big wave of big flavor. This DIPA bursts with classic hoppy character thanks to additions of Columbus, Cascade, Centennial and Simcoe hops. You can expect massive aromas of citrus with notes of piney bitterness on the finish.

Tripel • 9.5% • Downingtown, PA • A Belgian-style triple ale glows with the richness of German malts and Belgian yeast, tempered by a sparkling approach and overall light body.

Belgian Strong Ale • 8.5% • Melle, Belgium • The allusion to pink elephants and the choice of names is not due to chance. With a particular character, the unique taste of results from the use of three different kinds of yeast. The result is a finish of peppery bitterness without aggression.

Belgian Strong Ale • 9.5% • Hawthorne, CA • As soon as Tripel Dragon hits yours lips you’ll notice its brightness and strength. We specialized the flavor in this beer by utilizing the glorious union of malted barley, spelt, and oats. Its sweetness is derived from Belgian Candi Sugar made from beets – giving it that high gravity expression that Belgian Tripel styles have come to be known for.

Saison • 6.8% • Long Beach, CA • Un Atout is a rustic Belgian-inspired saison. A blend of German Vienna & wheat malt creates a toasty and silky base that paves the way for a lavishly floral hop profile. A special saison yeast gives a dry, yet silky finish.

Quadrupel • 10.0% • Watou, Belgium • St. Bernardus Abt 12 is widely regarded as one of the best beers in the world. It is therefore no surprise that it is our brewery’s flagship beer, ranked at the very top of the St. Bernardus beer hierarchy. It is brewed in the classic quadrupel style and adheres to the original 1946 recipe.

Brown Ale • 6.0% • San Diego • American Brown Ale features a rich malt character that offers notes of chocolate, caramel, toasty malt sweetness and a light hop citrus. This is a medium bodied ale with a deep brown coloration, with ruby highlights and a dense tan head

Porter • 9.2% • Long Beach, CA • Mocha Machine is a well-engineered endeavor in massive aromatics and rich flavors. Brewed with an array British and German malts, this burly brew is infused with masterfully roasted coffee from Portola Coffee Lab in Costa Mesa, CA. It is then aged on cacao nibs from Equador, adding an awesomely deep dimension of fudge.

Oatmeal Stout • 6.0% • Hawthorne, CA • Dark, roasty, all grain stout with an addition of oats. Smooth body, with notes of coffee, baker's chocolate, and darkly baked bread. In astrophysics, dark flow is a theoretical non-random component of the peculiar velocity of galaxy clusters.

Cider • 4.4% • Denver, CO • An easy drinking session apple cider. Infused with Hibiscus Tea. Bright apple with a touch of sweet. Refreshingly good after any long day pf play.

Gose • 5.7% • 2545 Progress St. Vista, CA • This delicious kettle-soured beer has the perfect balance of Mango, Coriander, Flaked Wheat and of course, TAJÍN! Make no mistake, this isn't a spicy beer, just a nice kick at the end of this fruit forward Gose!

Cider • 5.5% • San Diego • Donut Cider with Brown Sugar and Vanilla.

Fruited Sour • 5.0% • Hawthorne, CA • Sweet, Fruit, Tarty... Watermelon
